FR18 T-MAXX REPLACEMENT MOTOR AND NOW MY TRUCK ROCK AND ROLLS AT THE
TRACK. I KNOW HAVE ALL KINDS OF TORQUE AND NO ONE CATCHES ME IN THE
STRAIGHT AWAYS. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Hey guys, I just wanted to drop
you a line and tell you what an awesome piece of work this motor lathe
is. I had eyeballed you lathe for a long time but just had never wanted
to part with my hudy. Well, a couple of weeks ago I got one to try and
it is a piece of work. This is by far the best lathe I have owned. Excellent
job. I would like to say, YOU GUYS ROCK. Me & my Son have put a FR12
in his HPI MT and it rips. It's the only engine we've had that comes
close too lifting the front tires up. I have the '03 FR15 in my RC 10GT. After several gearing changes, my
RC 10 easily does 50+ mph, and wheelies all the way up to these speeds.
The power output of this engine is nothing short of phenominal. The
engine is also very easy to tune, and holds a tune very well. I have
a TRX 2.5 in my T-Maxx, and this Fantom is every bit as powerful, and
a lot less finicky. I can't wait until the .18 is available so I can
replace the 2.5 in my Maxx. I purchased a nitro .15 rotary engine from you guys. And I want to
say that this engine rocks. I put it in my T-Maxx against the wishes
of my friends. Needless to say, I dust their O.S engines and make them
cry for their mommies. From the CV-X to the CV-R, they have not a chance.
I coupled it with an Associated pipe and a Big tube header. Also using
a 16t clutch bell and 72 tooth spur gear. I couldn't be more happy. Hey, just thought I'd let you guys know how great your dyno works.
We set the dyno to our local track and on a clean run we are right on
the money! We race on friday nights at a track in Fairfield, Maine.
On this last friday I set the dyno for the track record in the 2nd heat
and beat it by nearly a lap! I won the A-main by two laps over my teammate.

out so well for us is that we use Fantom 315 brushes in our green three's...they
repeat extremely well. Just wanted to say I have a fantom .15 and it ROCKSSSS. It kicks the
crap out of OS...I have a T-Maxx and I had the OS CVRX 10e engine in
there and I wasn't impressed...then I got your .15 and it smoked the
OS bad...my T-Maxx pulls wheelies and flips over if you pop the gas...MAX
TORQUE...just wanted to say it's an awesome motor :) I just wanted to commend you for an EXCELLENT job on your web site.
This is by far the most informative and professional R/C web site around.
I will definitely tell others about it and I will definitely be using
Fantom products in the very near future. Keep up the great work!! I was running another manufacturers motors and they were not up to
par.SO one day I decited to give Fantom motors a try. I just straped
one in my car and could feel a definate diffrence in the power,didn't
have to spend alot of time doing the tuning tricks,it just plain ran
strong right out of the package.I personally will never go back brand
X with Fantom power under the hood. Simple. 12 turn double. Screams. Fantom mod motors are giving me the
TQ and 2nd place finish at worst in the A mains. Best stock motors for
the money also. I just got your fantom work pipe model FO35 and all I have to say is that is incredible. I have a HPI NMT with an O.S 12 cv-r and what a difference your pipe made over the ofna three chamber I had. I thought I could never get my NMT accelerate like it should and now it has even more top speed with no hesitation. Your pipe really showed me how much power this little .12 really has and I really love my little truck now thank your invented engineering and I really love the sound. Thank you I cant say enough great things about Fantom. My FR12 screams, I love

fastest Thanks Fantom!!! Lets face it when you have so many nitro engines on the market it takes a while to find the best. Well I"ve found the best. Your nitro motors have the best starting and break that I"ve owned. Belive me I have bought at least fourty are more nitro motors and these are the best. I have had twelve people change over and no problems with them. I just wanted to think you for such a great nitro. O S, Pico,and the resy need to start looking at what you have and start learning.I fish B.A.S.S. and will let the rest of the people that have their RC,S whith them to play with after fishing about your motors. Keep the great work up. I emailed you 3 weeks ago wanting the new '03 edition rear exhaust
.12 engine. Well, I finally got it about a week ago and luckily got
a relatively warm day here (40 degrees F for a warm day... woohoo!)
to go ahead and break it in. After my break in, I only had enough fuel
for 2 more tanks, but I definitely can see the potential of the eventual
powerband this engine will reach. On the dirt, it doesn't take much
throttle to get this truck up and moving. I actually had to sit down
and play with the slipper clutch and diff on my new car to keep the
front tires from lifting every time I touched the gas! I know your engines
are known for their amazing top end speed, but I've always thought from
the beginning that Fantom engines are underrated when it comes to acceleration
and torque. I really feel this is the only engine where I get the best
of both worlds. Carb settings were a breeze and I had it idling consistently
for at least 20 seconds before loading up by the 5th tank. On top of
that, let me be the first to THANK YOU for the updates on the rotary
carburetor. Every update is very much appreciated. In my mind, your
line of engines are now perfect since my only complaint before was the
carburetor. Of course, nothing is perfect and I'm sure Fantom will continue
to constantly improve upon their products! Thank you for your time and
effort in producing a high quality product at an amazing price. Yes,
there are still people out there like myself that appreciate excellent
quality that doesn't cost an arm and leg. This is one customer that
is hooked for life. My cars from now on will be running nothing but
Fantom engines. I'm sure once I get the cash, I'll be Thanks again. Oh yeah, the FR15 was just what my nitro sport needed. Or for that
matter I race at www.lakesregionrc.com my team use your stock motors and we
have broken the track record four different times this year. On march
30 we broken it twice in two classes. I also have your dyno.
