These are standard chrome steel, direct replacement bearings for all ION / ION2 Spec and Mod Brushless Motors.  They also fit all other brand motors using this size bearing.

You should not be without these handy spacers. They are a must have when rebuilding any motor, to properly shim the rotor so that it "floats" within the magnetic field. They are also handy for shimming your chassis to reduce unwanted play in the suspension arms.
